Fresh Spring Vibes 2026: A whole new TeamCare
Last updated: April 6, 2026
We rebuilt how you navigate, how you check out, and how your team sees the day — all at once.
This one's been in the oven for a while. Our biggest release in TeamCare's history just landed — and it touches pretty much everything you see and click every day.
Instead of a wall of changelog text, we made a short video walking you through the highlights. But if you want the highlights in words, here's the tour:

Navigation, redesigned from scratch
The old sidebar is gone. In its place: a slim icon rail that stays out of your way until you need it. Click an icon, get a clean flyout panel. Click away, it disappears. Your screen stays your screen.
The big addition? Pinnable shortcuts. Find yourself going to the same page twelve times a day? Pin it. Your pins live at the top of the rail and follow you across sessions — totally personal, totally yours.
☰ Slim icon rail Flyout panels on demand — no more sidebar eating your screen real estate. | ★ Pin your favorites One-click access to the pages you use most. Persists across sessions. | ◀ ► Breadcrumbs & pills Always know where you are. Always see what's nearby. |
Checkouts, rebuilt
We heard the confusion. "Handoffs" are now Checkouts (the daily workflow your front desk lives in), and what was confusingly also called "Checkouts" is now Day Sheets. Clear names, clean separation.
The checkout page itself got a full redesign — tighter schedule view, less scrolling, and real-time updates on review request cards so nothing falls through the cracks.
"The review request workflow alone is going to save us so much back-and-forth."
For consulting firm advisors
If you're managing multiple practices, you got a workspace overhaul too. New client cards, map view with clustering, and a secondary nav rail that lets you jump between practice sections without losing your place. We also cleaned up the URLs — no more ugly query params.
Your dashboard, actually alive
The home dashboard now shows real, live metric cards — toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views across Analytics, Communications, Marketing, and Team Ops. It's finally a place worth looking at when you start your day.
A few things you won't see (but will feel)
A lot of this release was under the hood — faster queries, smarter caching, fewer page reloads. The app should feel snappier across the board, especially in map views and analytics-heavy pages.
