Understanding and Using Day Sheets

A Day Sheet is a real-time summary of your daily patient checkouts and appointment details. When you start a Day Sheet, it automatically tracks all checkout activities throughout your day.
How Day Sheets Work
When you click "Start a Day Sheet," it begins tracking your checkouts for that day
The status will show as "In Progress" while the day is ongoing
As you complete patient checkouts throughout the day, the Day Sheet automatically updates
Day Sheet Status
The "In Progress" status is normal and indicates that the Day Sheet is actively monitoring your checkout activity. This status will continue throughout your business day as it collects checkout information.
The Day Sheet is designed to run throughout your business day to capture all checkout activity. You don't need to end it manually - it will continue tracking your checkouts automatically.
