How to log in your PMS:

When a patient requires additional treatment during the same appointment, such as needing a crown after an initial exam, you should update the appointment in your Practice Management System (PMS) to include both treatments. This ensures accurate tracking and documentation.

How it logs in TeamCare:

TeamCare automatically reviews procedures at the procedure level to identify treatments performed on the same day for the same patient. These procedures are logged together for streamlined record-keeping.

To ensure treatments are recognized as connected and credit is allocated appropriately, the treatment plan must be presented through TeamCare. This step is essential for accurate tracking and reporting.

How it is measured:

Same-day treatment plans are factored into leaderboards and goals, and they are logged for each staff member involved. This helps in monitoring performance and achieving team objectives.

To incentivize same-day treatment plans, you will need to create an Incentive or Badge within the system. Configure the conditions for payouts and goals to align with your practice's objectives and reward structure.
