๐Ÿ“‹ What Is a Checkout?

A Checkout represents the end-of-appointment workflow for a single patient. Each checkout must be claimed by a staff member, creating clear ownership and accountability.

Depending on how your office is enrolled, a checkout can include 1โ€“3 required tasks:

๐Ÿฆท Preappointment (Hygiene Pro)

Ensures the patient is preappointed for their next hygiene visit before leaving the office.

๐Ÿ“„ Treatment Plan

Captures what treatment was presented, what was accepted, and what was paidโ€”using one simple, guided workflow.

โญ Review Request

Allows staff to send a review request via SMS or present a QR code for the patient to scan before leaving.

A checkout isnโ€™t complete until all required tasks for that appointment are finished.

๐Ÿ“† What Is a Day Sheet?

A Day Sheet is the collection of all checkouts for a given day. It provides a real-time snapshot of:

  • All scheduled appointments

  • Which checkouts are claimed

  • Which tasks are completed or pending

  • Overall execution for the day

Think of the Day Sheet as your daily control center for patient flow and accountability.
