How does "Checkouts" get everyone involved?

๐ช What Is the Checkouts Workflow?
The Checkouts view is a centralized dashboard that shows all appointments scheduled for the current day โ patients who:
Just arrived
Are currently being seen
Are leaving the office soon
Have recently completed their visit
This allows every team member โ front desk, hygiene, assistants, doctors โ to jump in and complete critical follow-up tasks.
๐งฉ How It Works
As patients move through the office, they appear in your Checkouts list, grouped by their appointment status (e.g., in progress, completed). Each checkout entry includes quick-access actions, depending on your subscription features.
Based on your enabled modules, you may see:

Quickly verify whether the patient is pre-appointed for their next cleaning.
Track hygiene production and patient retention opportunities.
๐ณย Treatment Plans
Ensure treatment is discussed and planned before the patient leaves.
Credit is assigned when you document that a case was reviewed or accepted.

Trigger review requests based on completed appointments.
Use real-time status to see if a QR scan was offered or sent automatically.

Only team members with proper access can interact with each type of checkout task. Completing a checkout step (e.g., logging a treatment plan presentation) contributes to your performance metrics and incentives.
