Launching Your Campaign (Checkout & Free Trial)

The final step, Checkout, is "Review and launch." Here you confirm everything and start the campaign.

The free trial

Campaigns start with a free trial:

• No card required.

• Nothing sends until you launch.

• The amount that would normally be billed is shown as "Waived."

What happens when you launch

When you launch, the campaign becomes Active and enrollment begins:

• Patients are enrolled up to the volume you chose.

• They're split into daily batches across your 30-day rollout.

• Anyone already enrolled in another active campaign is skipped, so no patient is double-contacted.

Each enrolled patient then moves through the campaign: enrolled → contacted → converted.

Before you launch

If your cadence includes an AI phone call, make sure an AI Agent is configured for the workflow first — otherwise launch is blocked. See AI Voice (AI Agents).
