Managing a Campaign: Pause, Resume, Complete, Archive

After a campaign launches, you control its run from the campaign page. Its current state is shown as a status badge.

The actions

• Pause — temporarily stop an active campaign. No new patients are contacted while it's paused.

• Resume — restart a paused campaign where it left off.

• Complete — mark the campaign as finished once its run is done.

• Archive — file a finished campaign away to keep your Campaigns list tidy.

Drafts and deleting

A campaign you haven't launched yet stays a draft and shows Resume setup. Only drafts can be deleted — once a campaign has launched, use Complete and Archive rather than deleting, so its history and results are preserved.

The full lifecycle

Draft → Active → Paused → Completed → Archived. A campaign can move between Active and Paused as needed, then be Completed and Archived when its work is done.
