🦷 The Origin Story: From Noble Dentistry to TeamCare
In 2017, Dr. Sharon Bleiler and Colin Ambler co-founded Noble Dentistry, a scratch dental practice just outside Philadelphia. No patients. No brand equity. Just grit and a vision to build something special.
Within the first year of launch, they hit a wall.
Growth was slow.
Hygiene was underproducing.
The team was working hard, but there was no visibility into who was moving the needle — or who wasn’t.
So they did something few new owners would do: they flew across the country to meet John Christensen, the founder of Chrisad — a company that’s helped scale thousands of practices through smart marketing and systems.
That meeting changed everything.
Armed with John’s wisdom, Sharon and Colin adopted the Chrisad way — expanding into primetime hours, using hygiene as the funnel for growth, and building performance accountability across the team.
The results? Noble Dentistry scaled to over $6 million/year within six years of launching.
But the road wasn’t linear. In 2020, during the pandemic shutdown, Noble had to close for two months. That window of silence became a window of clarity — and Colin began building what would become TeamCare.
