How do I sync my Dentrix PMS to my TeamCare platform?

Follow these steps to connect your Dentrix system:

  1. Download and Install the TeamCare Utility

    • Click this link to download the TeamCare Utility.

    • Once the download is complete, open your Downloads folder and run the file.

  2. Complete Installation

    • Click Install, and once the installation is finished, open the utility.

  3. Copy Your TeamCare API Key

    • Return to your installation setup and copy the API key provided by TeamCare.

    • This key is unique to your practice and should not be shared.

  4. Paste the API Key

    • In the utility setup screen, paste the API key into the designated field.
