The Scoreboard turns your incentives into a live, full-screen display for a wall TV in the office. It shows the team where they stand — goal progress, checkpoint milestones, and role leaderboards — updating throughout the day so the whole practice can see the numbers move.

The Scoreboard lives under Incentives → Scoreboard, with two tabs: Manage (build it) and Preview (see it / go full screen).

How it's built: Slides and Tiles

A scoreboard is a set of Slides, and each slide is a 2×2 grid of Tiles. On a multi-slide board, the display auto-advances from one slide to the next, so you can rotate through several views on a single screen.

  • Slides — the "pages" of the board. Add as many as you like and drag to reorder.

  • Tiles — the four cells on each slide (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right). Each cell holds one visualization.

The Manage tab

Manage is where you compose the board. The top bar has a Theme button, an Add Slide button, and a month picker. Below is your list of slides. If you're just starting, you'll see "No Slides Yet" — "Add your first slide to start composing the scoreboard."

Each slide card shows:

  • The slide number and a drag handle to reorder.

  • A show/hide toggle — hide a slide from the live board without deleting it.

  • A delete button.

  • The 2×2 quadrant grid — click any cell to add or edit a tile.

The two tile types

When you add a tile, you pick one of two kinds:

Goal Reward tile

Displays a single goal's live progress:

  • Pick an existing goal reward for the month.

  • Optionally toggle "Show incentive checkpoints on this tile."

The tile shows the goal's title, the current metric in large type, and a progress bar with the percentage and target. If checkpoints are enabled, it adds a milestone table — each tier, its bonus (dollars or bonus hours), and a highlight on the checkpoint the team has already reached.

Leaderboard tile

Ranks staff for a role and metric:

  • Choose a Role, then a Metric.

  • Choose which columns to display — Month-to-Date (MTD) and/or Year-to-Date (YTD) — and drag to reorder them.

Theming the board

Click Theme to open Scoreboard Theme — "Applies to every full-screen scoreboard. Pick a preset, then fine-tune any color."

  • Presets: Midnight (default), Light, Emerald, Royal.

  • Editable colors: Background, Tiles, Text, Accent, and Footer.

A live preview updates as you adjust, and Save Theme applies it to every full-screen board.

Preview shows the composed board and gives you a View Full Screen button that opens it in a new tab — the version you'd cast to the office TV. On the full-screen board you'll see:

  • The 2×2 tile grid for the current slide.

  • A footer with your practice logo, name, and a live clock.

  • When there's more than one slide, a countdown bar — "… until next slide" — that auto-advances the display.

If nothing's set up yet, the board shows "No Slides Configured" — "Use the Manage tab to compose this scoreboard."

💡 Tip: Cast the full-screen view to a TV in a team area. Because it pulls live goal progress and leaderboard standings, it stays current on its own — no need to refresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I get the board onto a TV? Open the Preview tab and click View Full Screen, then cast or display that browser tab on the office TV. It rotates through your slides automatically.

Q: Can I show more than four things at once? Each slide holds four tiles (a 2×2 grid). Add more slides to show more — the board cycles through them automatically.

Q: What can a tile show? Either a Goal Reward (progress bar, current value, and optional checkpoint milestones) or a Leaderboard (staff ranked by a role's metric, MTD and/or YTD).

Q: Does the theme apply to just one board? No — the theme applies to every full-screen scoreboard for the practice.

Q: Can I hide a slide temporarily? Yes. Use the show/hide toggle on the slide card to keep it out of the live rotation without deleting it.
