Managing and Receiving Incentive Payouts

When your practice sets up incentives or badges for specific goals, you can track your progress and earnings in the My Rewards tab.

From this dashboard, you can view:

  • The number of opportunities you have successfully completed.

  • The total bonus amount currently available to you.

  • Your total career earnings within the system.


How Payouts Work: The 7-Day Grace Period

Payouts are processed daily, but TeamCare utilizes a 7-day grace period from the date a patient attends their appointment to ensure data accuracy before funds are released.

Example Timeline:

  • Oct 1: You make a reactivation call.

  • Oct 15: The patient attends their appointment and the incentive is officially "Earned".

  • Oct 22: Exactly 7 days later, the Payout is initiated.

If your company has enabled automatic payouts, funds are processed at the end of each day via Stripe. Once initiated, it typically takes a few business days for the bank transfer to complete, after which funds are available in your account. If auto-payouts are disabled, an administrator must manually mark your incentives as "Paid".


Setting Up Your Bank Account

To receive these payments directly via secure direct deposit, you must link your bank account through our Stripe integration.

  • For Staff: Receive your earnings quickly and securely.

  • For Doctors/Owners: Automate the payout process to save time on manual administration.

Viewing Historical Payouts & Reports

You can access detailed records of your previous bonuses and incentive payouts at any time.

  1. Click Incentives in the bottom-left menu.

  2. Click Reporting and Payouts in the top-right corner.

  3. Use the Month Filter at the top to select the specific period you wish to review.

Your historical report will display:

  • Individual commissions and achievements.

  • Progress toward specific office goals.

  • A transparent breakdown of all bonus payments for accurate record-keeping.
