Incentives Overview

Incentives is TeamCare's pay-for-performance module — the place you design rewards that motivate your team, watch progress on a live scoreboard, and pay everyone out cleanly. It turns the day's real work (production, hygiene visits, reactivations, 5-star reviews) into cash bonuses, one-time badges, and wage boosts, then tracks who earned what all the way through to payroll.
Three flavors of pay-for-performance
The Incentives module opens on a landing page — Incentives — with the tagline "Three flavors of pay-for-performance — pick a program to manage opportunities, view earnings, and tune settings." Those three programs are:

Each program has its own builder and its own earnings view, but they all share the same Payouts flow and can all appear on the same Scoreboard.
How the module is organized
Incentives lives in its own top-level area (gem icon), with these sections:
Overview — the landing page with the three program cards.
Opportunities — where you build and manage rewards, split into three tabs: Goals, Badges, and Wages. Each tab has Overview / Earnings / Settings sub-pages.
Payouts — the approve-and-pay workflow, with a Reporting tab (earnings roll-up) and a Processing tab (approve → pay).
Scoreboard — compose a full-screen board for a wall TV to show live goal progress and leaderboards.
Admin → Settings — module-level configuration.
💡 Tip: Incentives is an admin add-on. If you don't see it in your menu, it hasn't been enabled for your practice yet — reach out to your TeamCare contact.
How it all flows
Design the reward in Opportunities — pick a program (Goal, Badge, or Wage), configure the amount, choose who's eligible, and publish.
Staff see their opportunities in their private My Rewards dashboard, and the office watches progress on the Scoreboard.
As the work happens, staff earn rewards automatically from the day's data (production, reviews, reactivations, and so on).
Owners and Managers approve earned rewards — and can adjust the amount or the split before signing off.
Approved rewards accumulate as earnings and are paid out — either marked as paid for payroll, or sent automatically via Stripe.
