Campaigns Overview

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Campaign is a targeted, multi-touch outreach run to a batch of patients over a rollout period — then tracked on a performance dashboard. Where a workflow queue is your day-to-day, one-at-a-time follow-up, a campaign lets you reach many overdue patients at once with a consistent, automated sequence.

Where campaigns live

Campaigns aren't a separate page — they live inside a workflow. Go to Comms → Workflows → [workflow] → Campaigns. The Campaigns tab lists your campaigns as cards, with a New campaign button (and a "No campaigns yet" empty state when you're starting out).

💡 Tip: A campaign's focus comes from its workflow — a campaign under Hygiene Recare targets overdue hygiene patients, one under Treatment Plans targets unscheduled treatment, and so on.

How you build one

Every campaign is created through a 5-step wizardAudience → Cadence → Volume → Schedule → Checkout. A "Campaign so far" summary follows along as you make choices. You can stop partway and leave it as a draft, then Resume setup later.

Campaign lifecycle

A campaign moves through these states:

  • Draft — still being set up (or paused before launch). Only drafts can be deleted.

  • Active — launched and deploying to patients.

  • Paused — temporarily stopped; can be resumed.

  • Completed — finished its run.

  • Archived — closed out and filed away.

💡 Tip: Campaigns are rolling out to practices in stages. If you don't see the Campaigns tab on your workflow, it hasn't been enabled for your practice yet.
