Treatment Plan Reactivation List Requirements

If you're not seeing expected treatment plans on the treatment plan reactivation list, there are specific requirements that must be met for treatment plans to appear.
Requirements for Treatment Plans to Appear
For a treatment plan to show up on the treatment plan reactivation list, both of the following conditions must be true:
The treatment plan must be marked as deferred
At least two days must have passed since the treatment plan was added to TeamCare
Troubleshooting Missing Treatment Plans
If you believe treatment plans should be appearing but aren't visible on the reactivation list, verify that:
The treatment plan status is set to "deferred"
The treatment plan was created more than 48 hours ago
If both conditions are met and treatment plans are still not appearing, contact support with the specific patient names and treatment plan names for further investigation.
