Tracking Campaign Performance
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Once a campaign is live, its page becomes a single-screen performance dashboard. Open a campaign from Comms → Workflows → [workflow] → Campaigns and select it.
The key numbers
Booked — appointments booked from the campaign.
Attended — booked patients who actually showed up.
Production — follow-on revenue observed (over a 60-day window) from campaign patients.
Spend — cost accrued so far, which grows as batches deploy.
Cost per Booking — spend divided by bookings.
ROI — production divided by spend.
Rollout progress
A Rollout row tracks delivery:
Deployed — how many patients have been contacted so far.
Batches — how many daily batches have been released.
What's working
A channel performance breakdown ("What's working") shows how many touches went out per channel and, for call channels, how many actually reached the patient and booked — so you can see which channels are pulling their weight.
Detail drawers
Slide-over drawers give you the specifics behind the numbers:
Batches — the enrollment schedule and which patients are in each batch.
Configuration — the campaign's setup details.
Booked / Attended — the individual appointments, and the outreach that earned each one.
