Patient Status Categories in Reactivation

When reviewing call reports, you'll see patients categorized into three main statuses. Here's what each status means:
Upcoming
Patients who have a future appointment scheduled, regardless of how it was scheduled. This includes patients who were contacted through reactivation calls and subsequently scheduled, as well as patients who scheduled through other means.
Attended
Patients who have completed their scheduled appointments. These are appointments that were on the schedule and have been marked as attended/completed.
Scheduled
A subset of "Upcoming" patients who were specifically contacted during a reactivation call attempt and scheduled their appointment during that same call.
Note: A patient who appears in "Scheduled" will also appear in "Upcoming" since they have a future appointment, but not all "Upcoming" patients will appear in "Scheduled" if they made their appointment through other means.
