Payment Processing Fees (Stripe)

To keep things simple, here’s how payment fees work when using our platform. These include Stripe’s processing costs and our standard 1% platform fee.

In-Person Payments (Card Terminal)

• 2.7% + 5¢ per transaction

• Use tap, chip, or swipe at your front desk

• + 1% platform fee included

Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards)

• Stripe fee 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction

• Includes all major credit and debit cards

• + 1% platform fee included

Bank Transfers (ACH)

• 0.8% per transaction, capped at $5

• Best for larger payments

• + 1% platform fee included

These are standard rates and may vary based on your specific Stripe account settings, location, or volume. Your actual processing rates are available in your Stripe Merchant Portal or wherever Stripe displays rates for your account.

Pro Tip: Pay $0 in Fees

You can fully offset processing fees by customizing a convenience fee paid by the customer. With TeamCare, you have full control:
