How do I sync my Dentrix Ascend PMS to my TeamCare platform?

Follow these simple steps to connect Dentrix Ascend:

  1. Log Into Your Dentrix Ascend Portal

    • Sign in to your Dentrix Ascend account.

    • Click your User Profile in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Locate Your Customer ID

    • Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

    • Find and copy your Customer ID.

  3. Submit Your Customer ID

    • Paste your Customer ID into the Installation Screen on your TeamCare setup page.
