Why are my Doctor Numbers missing from Daily Reports?

If your doctor production numbers are missing or showing up in the wrong place in your Practice Management System (PMS) daily reports, it is usually an issue of Provider Classification.
The Most Common Cause: Misclassification
In TeamCare, reports are partitioned based on whether a provider is tagged as a Doctor or a Hygienist.
When provider profiles are set up in your PMS, there are specific settings that distinguish between primary providers (Doctors) and secondary providers (Hygienists). If these settings are not configured carefully:
TeamCare may sync the provider as a Hygienist.
Because they are classified as a Hygienist, their data will not appear in the Doctor-specific sections of your reports.
